Whom do I serve?

As a strategic advisor/ executive leadership coach with over 30 years leading innovation in the life sciences ecosystem, I serve senior executive leaders in the Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology Industries, and their supporting agencies’ executives, who desire to grow as a leader. I have a special interest in supporting those leaders who are starting their first executive role and those assuming larger responsibilities and want to jumpstart their impact on the organization and those colleagues they serve/lead. 

Why work with me?

For success, leadership coaching and advising must be personal. The” fit” must be right and the relationship must be built on trust. And, the leader requesting advice and/or coaching must believe the coach fully understands their issues and challenges and can facilitate successful navigation of their challenges and developmental goals. That is why I have chosen to limit my practice to helping a few senior executive leaders in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries reach their full leadership potential– I know those “waters” inside and out. As a senior leader in the pharmaceutical industry, at FDA, at Deloitte, in a non-profit organization dedicated to developing senior leaders - and as an entrepreneur- I understand the differences and similarities, the languages, the interplays, and the opportunities. I know senior executives need something different – not a one size fits all advisor/ coach, but one who has been where you are. I listen with the goal of helping you clarify purpose and discover possibilities, to refining your approach to strategic and futuristic thinking, to communicate more effectively, to tell more effective stories and better inspire others, to increasing meeting effectiveness, to forming high performing teams  -  to helping you reach the leadership heights and accomplishments you desire..  And, I care about your success as YOU define it.
