Current regulatory/legal/compliance environment, DOJ/OIG interest in prescription drug promotion, OIG Compliance Guide and Pharma Code on Interactions with Healthcare professionals, FDA regulatory basics, fair balance, comparative claims, CME, disease state considerations, public relations considerations, medical conventions, launch campaigns, internet, DTC
